If you are going to have the Lower cerakoted, please allow takes 2-3 weeks for shipping.

We will ship to California, the lower will be sent classified as a rifle. Please check with your FFL dealer to make sure they will accept it. All lowers return to us because the dealer will not accept the transfers will be subject to our cancellation policy
